Course Overview

To ensure that we can influence effectively, we all appreciate the importance of using positive influence to achieve positive business results.

Whether we’re working internally or externally, this course promotes skillful influencing behaviours. Whilst the same principles are relevant at all levels, the course can be modified to ensure the exercises and discussions are relevant to both the team and the business context.
