A practical, engaging 2-day workshop to introduce or refresh sales skills and process and build individual confidence in a complete range of tools to manage sales from initial contact with the customer all the way through to contract of sale.  Ideal for those new to sales, those with limited previous sales training or in need or a refresher to build confidence and skill.

Whilst looking at customer facing and telephone selling skills this workshop also looks at how to manage a sales territory and manage time by prioritising sales activity for maximum success.

This practical workshop is for individuals new to sales, those who have been in sales for a while but had no formal sales training or those who need a refresher.  The course looks at a ‘Consultative and Solution-based’ approach to selling, from how to make the initial contact with the client, whether by telephone or face to face,  identifying how to maximise sales opportunities, communicating effectively with clients to understand needs, how to offer a solution based on their needs, uncover and deal with objections, follow up and win the business or contract.   The tools introduced help to build confidence, understand different peoples social and communication styles and identify how to modify your own style to be more effective throughout the sales process.
