Online Training Workshops

Virtual Training Sessions

Our Live Trainer-Led Virtual workshops are made up of short, energising sessions of 90-120 minutes or run on a modular basis when this works for your business; these interactive workshops can be tailored to the specific needs of the business and training objectives and delivered on a variety of platforms.  MS Teams, Zoom and GoToMeeting are the most popular. Groups of 6-8 per workshop is ideal. See further details and subject areas.

Webinars

Ideal for short sessions (up to 2 hours) run online or by phone. 
Webinars are perfect for training topics that don’t need as much interaction as classroom based workshops for maximum learning or if it’s impractical to bring delegates together in a classroom setting. This option is for training mainly factual, knowledge-based or technical topics where there are a large number of people who need to have the same knowledge. Popular platforms include Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Cisco Webex and GoToMeeting.

A Webinar can be run by a trainer with delegates logging/dialing in and taking part whilst interacting with questions and answers, watching video clips and facilitating discussion. Ideal for limiting time away from the workplace, travel and accommodation costs. Topics could include elements of time management, recruiting and interviewing skills, managing change and performance management. Please ask for more details.


Coaching & One-to-One Training

Sometimes clients have a new starter join the business or an individual who needs to catch up or have training on a particular area that others don’t need. For this requirement we have a one-to-one (maximum two delegates) training rate that we apply. Our group training rate applies for 3+ delegates. Coaching is also available either as part of a wider development programme, follow-up to training and application workshops or to meet an individual need in developing people on a one-to-one basis. Subject to the individual client requirement, we undertake one-hour telephone coaching calls with follow-ups over an agreed period of time.

During the briefing meeting we will discuss specific examples to incorporate into the training and gain an understanding of existing processes, terminology and product range. We will then use this information to develop a tailored training programme with case studies, roleplays and exercises.
