Our trainers will come to your offices, or a local venue organised by you, reducing time and travel costs meaning in-company workshops are far more cost effective than attending open courses. Bringing together colleagues from different departments encourages greater teamwork and awareness and understanding of each other’s roles, promoting a “one business, one team” approach. Covid 19 guidelines will be followed where required.
Our Live Trainer-Led Virtual workshops are typically short, energising sessions of 90 to 180 minutes long. These interactive workshops can be tailored to the specific needs of the business and training objectives and delivered on a variety of platforms. Zoom and MS Teams are the most popular. If you have a new starter join the business or an individual who needs to catch up or have training on a particular area that others don’t need, one-to-one coaching/training is ideal. For this requirement we apply a one-to-one training rate (maximum two delegates). Our group training rate applies for 3+ delegates.
Coaching is also available either as part of a wider development programme, follow-up to training and application workshops or to meet an individual need in developing people on a one-to-one basis. Subject to the individual client requirement, we undertake one-hour telephone coaching calls with follow-ups over an agreed time period.
