Thriving in Difficult Times
This 90 minute online training session has been developed to help people to perform at their best in times of difficulty, challenge and uncertainty. Based on research and practice from performance psychology, behavioural science and human physiology, combined with over twenty years of practical experience of helping people to perform in VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) environments, this session is focused on helping you to develop practical tactics and strategies based around eight key areas, so that you can perform well in difficult and uncertain environments.

- Mind – how to manage difficult thoughts and emotions that may show up
- Flexibility – how to develop mental flexibility, and to see opportunity in the difficult, to turn adversity to advantage
- Confidence – how to build, develop and use your coping resources to turn threats into challenges
- Focus – how to stay focused on what matters, be present, and identify what you can and what you cannot control
- Calm – how to put the brakes on, slow things down, bring calm to challenging moments, and to respond rather than react
