Coaching & One-to-One Training
clients have a new starter join the business or an individual
who needs to catch up or have training on a particular area
that others don't need. For this requirement we have a one-to-one
(maximum two delegates) training rate that we apply. Our
group training rate applies for 3+ delegates. Coaching is
also available either as a follow up to training and application
workshops or to meet an individual need in developing people
on a one-to-one basis. Subject to the individual client
requirement, we undertake one-hour telephone coaching calls
with follow-ups over an agreed period of time.
